Job summary

Peterman Brothers in Indiana is seeking Plumbing Install technicians to install and replace home plumbing systems, educating customers on equipment and delivering five‑star service with every interaction. You will work with customers across our Indiana service area, ensuring quality results on every call.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months to 1 year of install experience, a clean driving record, and a strong mechanical knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• 6 months to 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in customers' homes.
• Educate customers on new equipment and ensure quality service.
• Represent the company professionally and build trust with customers.
• Attend training, morning meetings, and company events.

The Role

Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves...you know it all)!
• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
• Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
• Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events

What You'll Need

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• 6 months to a 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus
• Strong Desire to Grow and Develop Your Team
