Peterman Brothers is hiring Home Performance technicians in Indiana to perform duct cleanings, insulation work, and educate customers on air quality. The role prioritizes the customer with 5-star service on every call in every home.

The team emphasizes hands-on training, on-site EPA certification and a comprehensive benefits package, including a top compensation plan, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsabilités

• Perform air duct cleanings and insulation jobs, educate customers on indoor air quality products.

Our Home Performance technicians are an important role on the HVAC team. They perform duct cleanings, insulation work, and educate customers on air quality. Their priority is the customer, ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.
