Job summary

Peterman Brothers is seeking HVAC Install technicians to install heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related equipment per manufacturer specs and company requirements, prioritizing the customer and delivering a 5-star service with every interaction.

You will read diagrams and spec sheets, educate customers about their equipment, correctly run ductwork and vent systems, install new furnaces and air handlers, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with field leadership to maintain high

Qualifications

• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong desire to grow and develop in your team.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Represent yourself professionally and be industry knowledgeable, which will in turn lead to new referrals and repeat business.
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership and peers.
• Maintain a complete understanding of diagrams, blueprints, and spec sheets to properly install equipment.
• Educate customers on their equipment.
• Properly run metal/duct board trunk lines, PVC flues, and b-vent metal flues.
• Set new furnaces, air handlers, and outdoor equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment (humidifiers, UV lights, return drops, filter racks, four-piece duct board transitions and metal transitions, etc.).
• Check charges, fire off, set up, and troubleshoot new equipment.

The Role

Our HVAC Install teams are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do
