Job summary

Peterman Brothers is seeking Electrical Install apprentices in Columbus, OH. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, with full-time ACA benefits and advancement prospects within a family-owned company that serves multiple states.

The role focuses on installing and replacing electrical components in customers' homes, delivering top-tier service, and building lasting customer relationships while maintaining safety and organization on-site.

Qualifications

• 6+ months residential industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc.
• A clean, safe driving record and background check required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics and perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems in homes.
• Establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions and ensure a 5-star service experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck; participate in training and company events.

Electrical Install apprentices receive hourly pay between $18-23 per hour.

The Role

Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.
• Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need

• 6+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred)
• Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects, panels, etc. (Preferred)
• A Clean, Safe Driving Record and Background Check
• High School Diploma or GED
