Job summary

Peterman Brothers is seeking an Electrical Install apprentice to install and replace items in customers' homes. You will prioritize the customer, offering options and ensuring top-quality service with every interaction throughout each call.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of residential experience, are proficient with lighting, circuits, and panels, and maintain a clean driving record. The role promotes training, safety, and growth within a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• 6+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred).
• Proficient with residential electrical systems including lighting, circuits, devices, disconnects and panel work.
• A clean, safe driving record and background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Read schematics and perform service installations, alterations, additions and repairs of residential electrical systems.
• Establish customer rapport and offer appropriate solutions, building trust and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle.
• Participate actively in training, meetings and company events.

Electrical Install apprentices receive hourly pay between $18-23 per hour.

The Role

Our Electrical Install technicians install and replace items within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.


• Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that \"You're my go-to company\" relationship.


• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.


• Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need

• 6+ Months Residential Industry Experience (Preferred)
