Job summary

Peterman Brothers is seeking Plumbing Install technicians in Ohio to install and replace systems in customers’ homes, educating them on new equipment and delivering 5-star service with every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Minimum of 1 year of Plumbing Install experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves).
• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and industry knowledge to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership and peers.
• Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
• Actively participate in training exercises, morning meetings, and company events

The Role

Our Plumbing Install technicians install and replace systems within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, educating them on their new equipment and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (from water heaters to compressors to valves...you know it all)!
• Consistently represent yourself as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
• Build a healthy relationship with field leadership, and peers.
• Explain plumbing equipment to customers.
