Job summary

Peterman Brothers in central Indiana is seeking Drain Technicians to join the front line of service in customers' homes. You will perform in-home drain cleaning, evaluate plumbing needs, and complete minor repairs while delivering 5-star service.

• 6+ Months of Previous Plumbing Experience is a plus
• Jetter Experience is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Completes in-home drain cleaning, branch line jetting, cable work, minor plumbing repairs, and 360 whole home evaluations.
• Builds customer rapport to offer the right solutions and create a long-term relationship.
• Represents themselves as a professional and industry knowledgeable.
• Educates customers on sewer repair and replacement importance.
• Keeps a clean, organized job site and truck at all times.
• Participates actively in training, meetings, and company events.

The Role:

Our Drain technicians are on the front line of service in our customers' homes. They will conduct general maintenance calls, clearing drains, performing home evaluations, and making minor plumbing repairs. Our priority is the customer, ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do

• Completes in-home drain cleaning, branch line jetting, cable work, minor plumbing repairs, and 360 whole home evaluations.
• Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship.
• Consistently represents themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable".
• Educates customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.
