• Direct daily plumbing field activities for high-density, multi-story construction projects.
• Supervise and mentor subcontractor teams to maximize onsite productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Guarantee that all plumbing systems are installed in strict compliance with project blueprints and jurisdictional building codes.
• Optimize resource allocation by managing onsite material inventory and logistics.
• Facilitate project inspections and serve as the primary point of contact for local building officials.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of plumbing installations, from initial underground layout to final trim-out.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Cultivate a culture of safety, cleanliness, and professional excellence across the jobsite.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Extensive expertise in plumbing systems for multi-story, stacked residential or hotel structures.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale plumbing construction.
• Demonstrated success managing plumbing phases for projects exceeding 200 units.
• Advanced proficiency in interpreting complex multifamily construction plans and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and deadline management.

Preferred Skills

• Technical proficiency with Bluebeam and Hilti Total Station software.
• Current OSHA 30 certification.
• Active state plumbing licensure.
