Job summary

Wheelhouse Plumbing, Heating & Cooling seeks a driven Foreman to lead field execution across plumbing and HVAC projects from mobilization through closeout.

The role focuses on setting projects up for success, guiding crews in the field, and delivering work safely, on time, and to high quality standards. Strong coordination with PMs and estimators is required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumber license is required.
• 5+ years foreman or field leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, including planning, crew direction, and task execution.
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestones and completion dates are met.
• Participate in pre-construction and pre-bid planning with estimators and project managers.
• Manage labor productivity, manpower, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a rolling 2-4 week look-ahead schedule and adjust as needed.
• Ensure all work meets code, drawings, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a zero-incident jobsite.
• Coordinate with other trades, site supervisors, and internal teams.
• Order and manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics.
• Complete accurate daily logs and field documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and continuous improvement efforts.
