Job summary
East Coast Mechanical (ECM) is seeking a Plumber Field Supervisor/Manager to lead our residential service team. The role focuses on supervising plumbing operations, diagnosing issues, and driving efficiency and profitability on job sites.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in residential plumbing, strong leadership, and a track record of coaching technicians to increase tickets and customer satisfaction. This position demands hands-on leadership and a commitment to quality service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years residential service & repair experience.
- Strong residential & light commercial service experience.
- Ability to coach service technicians on improving tickets and leads.
- Promote lead generation and drive department growth.
- Understand plumbing design and costs for materials and labor.
Responsibilities
- Assist team diagnose residential plumbing issues and perform services.
- Lead and supervise plumbing staff on jobsites and in the shop.
- Oversee water heater replacement/repair and boiler operations.
- Coach technicians to improve ticket size, closing rate, and revenue.
- Maintain safety, inventory control, and accurate reporting.
