2-4 years of related industrial/trades maintenance experience.
Intermediate computer skills with CMMS, Microsoft Office and Building Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

Conducts preventive maintenance on basic facility systems and documents tasks in CMMS.
Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs.
Operates and monitors basic Utility System Infrastructure.
Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems.
Supports installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision.
Maintains preventive maintenance records and repair files for compliance.
Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and maintenance manuals to complete assignments.
