Replacements, Ltd. is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Team in McLeansville, NC.

The role focuses on maintaining plumbing systems, repairs, and preventive care across a large headquarters and distribution facility as part of a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have professional plumbing experience, knowledge of commercial and residential systems, and the ability to perform building repairs with a broad range of tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or facilities maintenance in a professional setting.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential plumbing systems and repair methods.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing and building maintenance issues.
• Experience using hand and power tools for building repairs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to drive a 26-foot truck.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping across properties.
• Inspect plumbing systems and proactively identify issues.
• Diagnose leaks, clogs, equipment failures, and maintenance concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing and building systems.
• Complete general building repairs including carpentry and painting.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations.
