Job summary

You will recruit, train, and coach technicians, establish processes, track KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction while expanding the department with support from an established home services organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential plumbing service department.
• Experience generating revenue and growing a profitable plumbing operation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid plumbing licenses or certifications as required.
