Job summary

Robison Plumbing is seeking a Dispatcher to help keep each day running smoothly. You will be the communication link between customers, field technicians, the warehouse, and customer service, using sound judgment to match the right technician to the right call at the right time.

The successful candidate communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys solving scheduling puzzles.

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service via phone.
Ability to coordinate technicians through cell and tracking tools.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Strategically dispatch technicians to service calls based on skills, priority, and location.
Notify customers of ETA and schedule changes.
Maintain constant communication with technicians, parts department, and managers.
Relay accurate information to technicians for timely customer service.
Answer calls professionally, build rapport, and encourage repeat business.
Enter accurate job information into the database and communicate with customers and technicians.
Monitor technician locations for optimal productivity.
Maintain daily schedules for technicians.
Assist in refining processes and contributing new ideas.
