Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience in trades or home services.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field service software is a strong plus.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and adjust technician schedules throughout the day.
• Dispatch the best technician for the right job to optimize appointments.
• Communicate timing, updates, and changes with customers and technicians.
• Make real-time dispatching decisions based on priority, location and skill.
• Track job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Maintain accurate job details in Service Titan.
• Support daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.
