Qualifications

• Experience in a construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, restoration, or service industry.
• Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Service Fusion, FieldEdge).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments using dispatching software.
• Dispatch plumbing technicians and coordinate daily work orders.
• Monitor technician schedules and assist with route optimization.
• Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members.
• Prepare and process customer invoices.
• Assist with light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
