Modigent is hiring an entry-level Plumber I to assist senior plumbers in commercial settings such as offices, hospitals, and schools. You will learn preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and installs under supervision to build toward journeyman status.

The role emphasizes safety, tool familiarity, and customer communication while gaining hands-on experience across domestic water, drainage, and hydronic systems in a nationwide operating environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or plumbing cert a plus (company-sponsored programs).
• 0–3 years in plumbing, mechanical, facilities maintenance, construction, or related field; eagerness to learn essential.
• Valid driver's license and clean record; backflow cert a plus; OSHA 10 encouraged with company support.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior plumbers with preventive maintenance and basic repairs on commercial systems.
• Support troubleshooting and basic fixture replacements under guidance.
• Prepare tools/parts, document findings, and complete basic work orders.
