Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled plumbing technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for commercial clients in the United States. The role includes installing and repairing pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and DWV systems in accordance with plumbing codes and project specs.

You will document all work in the CMMS, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with a team to ensure reliable service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Comfort with working in confined spaces and on-call nights.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems per codes and specs.
• Handle fixtures, water heaters, drains, valves, and related components.
• Document work orders in CMMS and follow safety procedures.
• Operate hand and power tools; comply with OSHA standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
