Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a Master Plumber to install, maintain and repair plumbing systems across commercial facilities. You will read blueprints, follow codes, and ensure safe, efficient operation while supporting project teams.

The role requires a current state Master Plumber license, 1–3 years of commercial plumbing experience, and the ability to work night shifts or on-call as needed. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current state Master Level Plumber license is mandatory.
• Minimum 1–3 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Maintenance experience in commercial environments preferred.
• Must be self-starter, motivated and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform master level plumbing work in installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings for system layouts.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Provide training and oversight to junior technicians as needed.
• Complete CMMS documentation and maintain records.
