Job summary

Pursuit Boats is seeking skilled welders/fabricators for our Fort Pierce facility. The role involves shaping plugs, sanding, and preparing master patterns for mold builds in a fast-paced marine environment.

You will hand sand, buff, and polish surfaces, and ensure surfaces are clean before spraying. The position requires readiness to work various shifts and comply with all safety procedures in an environment with fiberglass materials.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of required power tools.
• Ability to understand and follow procedures.
• Able to pass the drug/alcohol screening contingent to hiring.
• Standing and working around boats/molds throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Fair plug and sand all surfaces to designed preliminary shape.
• Hand sand and buff to polished surface.
• Wax finished plug/master in preparation for mold build.
• Tape and prepare plugs and master patterns for spraying.
