Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform fiberglass and composite lamination processes

• Prepare molds, tooling, and production materials
• Trim, sand, fair, and finish composite parts
• Complete repairs and refinishing as needed
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Job Location: Performance Powerboats MO - OSAGE BEACH, MO 65065

We are seeking motivated Lamination Technicians to build high-quality fiberglass and carbon fiber boats. This hands-on position involves fiberglass layup, epoxy lamination, vacuum infusion, finishing, repairs, and general composite manufacturing processes. Prior composite manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn. A successful candidate is a dependable, safety-conscious individual who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building premium boats while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and quality.
