Job summary

Pursuit-Boats is seeking a capable fabrication associate to prepare plugs and master patterns for our mold lamination team. You will sand, wax, tape, and finish patterns, maintain cleanliness, and operate within approved processes.

Candidates should pass safety, strength, and drug tests and be able to work standing around boats and molds all day. Role requires high school education and familiarity with hand tools and safety protocols; daily routines include maintenance, housekeeping, and shift
