Job summary

You will follow ISPC processes, support daily maintenance, and work to meet key milestones. The role requires standing most of the day and willingness to work all shifts in a dusty, industrial setting.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of tool use and safety.
• Ability to understand and execute high-quality work.
• Must pass strength/stress tests and drug screening as part of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Prepare plugs and master patterns for mold lamination.
• Sand surfaces to designed shapes and buff to polish.
• Wax plugs and masters in preparation for mold build.
• Tape and prepare plugs and masters for spraying; ensure cleanliness.
