Job summary

Performance Powerboats in Osage Beach, MO is seeking motivated Lamination Technicians to build high-quality fiberglass and carbon fiber boats. This hands-on role covers layup, lamination, finishing, repairs, and general composite manufacturing.

You will work with molds and tooling, perform vacuum infusion and resin bagging, trim and sand finished parts, and help maintain a clean, safe work area. Prior experience is preferred but willingness to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiberglass/ composites preferred but not required.
• Ability to read tape measures and use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform fiberglass and composite lamination processes.
• Execute vacuum infusion and resin bagging.
• Prepare molds, tooling, and production materials.
• Trim, sand, fair, and finish composite parts.
• Complete repairs and refinishing as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
