Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT seeks a PLM Program Manager to define, align, and advance PLM processes across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. You will partner with IT and the CTO office to ensure readiness, governance, and adoption of Windchill+ and related data workflows.

Responsibilities include leading process definition, developing workstream plans, tracking risks, and guiding UAT and training to achieve go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in PLM, engineering operations, or product development.
• Experience with cross-functional program or project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering change processes, BOM governance, and product data workflows.
• Familiarity with PLM, ERP (SAP), and CAD environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and document core PLM-enabled processes (development lifecycle, change management, BOM governance, data management).
• Drive cross-functional alignment among engineering, operations, quality, and product management.
• Develop and maintain detailed process workstream plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks related to process readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate with IT to translate business requirements into system inputs and validate configuration.
• Support testing activities (UAT) and readiness for go-live, including training content.
• Lead adoption efforts and gather feedback for continuous refinement.
