Job summary

SKF is seeking a PLM Implementation Specialist to lead Windchill-based PLM deployments across multiple SKF business areas from development to production. The role covers requirements capture, solution design and hands-on configuration, with a focus on PDMLink and Creo integrations.

You will coordinate with global teams, drive training initiatives, and ensure the solutions meet business needs. Strong communication and change-management skills are required for success in the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 10–12 years of PLM experience (preferably Windchill).
• 3–5 years of proven PLM solution development and implementation experience.
• Highly motivated with strong communication and matrix-organization skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Support regional (Americas) business demands and solve PLM/CAD incidents.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM implementations across SKF business areas with high technical competence.
• Configure/implement PDMLink to meet business needs and SKF customizations.
• Move solutions through Dev/QA/Prod with thorough test plans and acceptance.
• Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and drive project closure.
• Deliver training and foster user adoption within global teams.
