Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced PLM Solutions Architect to lead Windchill-based deployments and drive product lifecycle excellence. You will design, implement, and support PLM solutions while collaborating with global teams.

The role requires 5+ years in PLM, deep Windchill expertise, and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Travel domestically and internationally will be part of the role, supporting PLM initiatives and KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of PLM experience with Windchill.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically and internationally to gather requirements and support PLM deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements.
• Develop and document test cases to validate requirements.
• Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization for PLM data.
• Support KPI maturity roadmaps and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Undertake other duties to support PLM initiatives.
