Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a PLM Owner/Administrator to lead Windchill governance, data architecture, and cross‑functional data integration across global teams. The role ensures a single source of truth for BOMs, part libraries, and engineering data.

You will manage ECO/ECN processes, support NPI builds, and drive digital transformation initiatives with ERP, CAD, and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Configuration Management, PLM Administration, or mechanical design support.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in PTC Windchill (Administration, workflow, reports).
• Proficient with Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD and large assembly management.
• Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and 2D drawing management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Windchill admin for PLM and BOM management.
• Oversee part numbers, lifecycle, and access control for data governance.
• Synchronize PLM with ERP and CAD to create a single truth for product data.
• Lead Windchill deployments and manage governance milestones and reporting.
