Job summary

SKF Group seeks a seasoned PLM lead to drive PDMLink implementations across SKF domains in the Americas. You will translate requirements into scalable Windchill solutions, integrate Creo CAD workflows, and manage end-to-end deployments with a focus on fast, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• 10–12 years PLM experience, preferably Windchill.
• 3–5 years implementing PLM solutions in business contexts.
• Strong communication and matrix-organization skills.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end PLM implementations with SAF(e) methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support to US and global SKF teams and drive PLM initiatives.
• Configure and implement PDMLink to meet business needs and validate releases.
• Engage stakeholders, provide regular updates, and act as the PLM champion.
• Lead change management, training, and user adoption activities.
