Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, based in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Staff Process and Business Systems Analyst to lead PLM 2.0 evaluation, data governance, and change management across Engineering and downstream operations.

The role combines business systems analysis, process design, and documentation governance to improve product lifecycle processes and cross-system traceability. 4 days onsite with 1 day remote support a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with PLM environments and engineering document control.
• Strong requirements management, process mapping, and testing support.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 820/11, ISO 13485, and audit readiness.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Agile or Oracle Cloud PLM.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM 2.0 evaluation, design future-state processes, data readiness, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee Global Asset/Tool Management strategy, governance, and adoption planning.
• Coordinate change management, training, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Drive data governance, BOM, CAD/PDM, ALM, QMS, ERP, MES governance.
• Route cross-functional issues with independent judgment and clear criteria.
