This role involves supporting the user base of a PLM software, managing support tickets, and conducting user training to enhance customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience with PLM tools, regulatory standards in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a contract position based in Westborough, Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLM related systems/tools.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System tools.
• Familiarity with medical device and pharmaceutical regulations.
• Documented LEAN skills.
