Job summary

Intel in the United States seeks a PLM Business Analyst with 4+ years in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink and SUMA. You will collect user requirements, document processes, and coordinate training with stakeholders.

You will develop use cases, dashboards, and reports; support SIT/UAT, go-live, and ITIL/Jira or ServiceNow environments. This full-time role requires remote-work experience and offers a competitive compensation package in the US.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in Windchill PLM 12, PDMLink, MPMLink, SUMA and related PTC products.
Strong data and system management, including data imports/exports and in-app validations.
Excellent customer interfacing to coordinate requirements and status updates.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL, and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
Experience developing and delivering end-user training.
SIT and UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support.
Experience working remotely.
