The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business teams, supporting key functions such as EBOM/MBOM and Change Management. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge of PLM tools, and effective stakeholder management skills. This role involves collaboration across multiple departments to drive strategic process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as PLM Business Analyst or functional consultant.
• Strong knowledge of PLM tools (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, etc.).
• Experience with BOM Management (EBOM/MBOM), Change Management, and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements related to PLM systems.
• Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT teams to align PLM processes.
• Develop business cases, process documentation, and executive-level presentations.
