Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies, a division of Rand Worldwide, is seeking a sales enablement professional who sits between sales and engineering. You will empower the field to sell PLM and platform solutions, building presentations, ROI models, demos, and repeatable plays so general reps can win new business.

The role requires deep PLM fluency (Autodesk Fusion Manage or similar), strong sales acumen, and the ability to translate technology into business value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of PLM and product-data management ideally hands-on with Autodesk Fusion Manage or a comparable PLM platform.
• Strong sales acumen: translate technical capability into business value and ROI.
• Proven sales-enablement and creative skills: build compelling presentations, ROI models, demos, and repeatable plays.
• Practical AI fluency: actively use AI tools to assist sales and business problems.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to and coaching both reps and customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly for on-site customer meetings and field ride-alongs (roughly 2–4 on-sites per month).

Responsibilities

• Enable the field to sell PLM & platform by equipping reps to identify, open, and advance opportunities.
• Build reusable assets: pitch decks, discovery/workshop decks, ROI models, and proposal playbooks.
• Ride along on customer meetings and on-sites to model the platform conversation and coach reps.
• Serve as the go-to expert on Fusion Manage (PLM), the digital thread, and MBOM/SBOM concepts.
• Craft the why-change narrative around data fragmentation and connected data environments.
• Lead Fusion Industry Cloud positioning and help move enterprise accounts up the platform.
• Apply AI and automation to scale the team and improve sales motion efficiency.
• Prototype AI offerings and stand up AI-led sales support channels.
• Standardize the AI toolkit and coach reps on AI prep and digital pipelines.
• Support operations GTM, campaigns, webinars, and collaboration with Autodesk teams.
