Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive PLM service excellence by managing configurations, data integrity, change management and user support.
• Manage integration of PLM with ERP, MES and other systems for seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and quality to optimize PLM workflows.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service levels align with roadmaps.

• Ensure cybersecurity posture through policies, training and incident reporting.
