Job summary

Rand Worldwide, via IMAGINiT Technologies, seeks an Account Executive and Platform Specialist to bridge sales and technical delivery for PLM and platform solutions. The role involves enabling the field with compelling ROI-focused assets, coaching reps, and driving AI-enabled sales strategies.

The position requires deep PLM familiarity, strong sales skills, and willingness to travel for on-site engagements as the team expands into manufacturing execution and maintenance offerings.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of PLM and related platforms (Fusion Manage or equivalent).
• Strong B2B technical sales acumen and ability to translate tech into business value.

Responsibilities

• Enable the field to sell PLM and platform solutions.
• Build reusable sales assets: decks, ROI models, demos, POC playbooks.
• Ride along on customer meetings and on-sites to coach reps.
• Lead Fusion Industry Cloud positioning and move enterprise accounts onto platform.
• Apply AI techniques to scale sales motions and improve efficiency.
