The PLM Consultant will be responsible for assessing the current PLM environment, identifying challenges, defining future-state requirements, and supporting PLM platform selection and roadmap development.

The role involves conducting workshops with clients, reviewing PLM platform capabilities, preparing documentation, presenting status updates, and collaborating with internal teams to define the PLM implementation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AS-Is assessments of existing PLM applications.
• Identify challenges and gaps in the current PLM landscape.
• Conduct client workshops to gather To-Be requirements.
• Drive platform scorecard reviews against future-state requirements.
• Support PLM platform selection and define the PLM implementation roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams on As-Is and To-Be requirements and roadmap reviews.
• Present daily and weekly project status updates to clients.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in PLM application system design and functional consulting.
• 3+ years of experience in PLM assessments and gathering As-Is and To-Be PLM system requirements.
• 3+ years of experience in PLM platform reviews, evaluation, and roadmap recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Agile, 3DEXPERIENCE, Windchill, and Siemens PLM platforms.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM functions, solution design, and application environments.
• 3+ years of experience with PLM-ERP and CAD integration.
• Experience leading and managing PLM consulting engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
