Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a PLM/PDM Systems Analyst II to act as a technical expert for PLM infrastructure and integration with factory systems. You will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot expanding PLM/PDM applications and their underlying infrastructure.

The role requires collaboration with engineers and leadership, providing periodic operational support, detailed documentation, and user training while ensuring policy compliance. Onsite role in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands‑on factory/enterprise experience.
• Minimum 2+ years with PLM.
• Technical PLM experience including CAD, PDM, ERP, PMO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot PLM/PDM infrastructure and databases.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to ensure system integrity.
• Monitor system health, logs, and scheduled jobs; resolve issues.
• Provide operational support and documentation; train users.
• Ensure compliance with Panasonic policies and procedures.
