Qualifications

• 1–3 years of technical experience in problem solving, data analysis, scripting, automation and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to or experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), manufacturing applications, or related production support systems.
• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of MES applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support MES functionality and ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor MES system performance, availability, and data integrity, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with testing, validation, and change management for MES deployments under guidance of senior staff.
• Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams.
