Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced PLM Solutions Architect with a background in engineering or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with PTC Windchill, with familiarity in related PTC products considered a plus.

This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting PLM solutions while collaborating with global teams to drive product lifecycle excellence. Travel domestically and internationally as needed to gather requirements and support deployments.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant field and at least 5+ years leading PLM programs.
• Experience with PTC Windchill is required; familiarity with related PTC products is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Travel domestically and internationally to gather requirements and support PLM deployments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements.
• Develop and document test cases to validate requirements.
• Perform data testing, cleaning, and normalization for PLM data quality.
• Support data process leads in KPI maturity roadmaps and metrics.
• Work in a cross-functional team with strong communication and collaboration.
• Undertake other duties to support PLM initiatives.
