Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Specialist Business Systems Analyst to help deploy the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform within the CPO organization. You will work across cross-functional teams to digitize product design, development, and technology transfer for the manufacturing network.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, backlog management, and collaboration with Product Owners, SMEs, and developers to ensure compliant, efficient business processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with years of relevant experience in engineering or related field.
• Experience in GMP and its impact on software deployment.
• Medical device/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and PLM implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into system changes.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document and analyze current-state processes to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Build SMEs network to capture stakeholder needs and align on transformation.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit and document requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Translate needs into user stories, requirements, and process flows.
• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog for Agile teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and SMEs on solutions.
• Support solution delivery with UAT, test scenarios, and defect resolution.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive adoption of changes.
• Assist with deployment, change management, and training activities.
• Support digital thread enablement and data visualization efforts.
