Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE PLM Operations Lead to ensure stability, availability, and SLA compliance for 3DX/ENOVIA apps. You will lead incident resolution, service requests, and stakeholder communications while driving process improvements.

The role calls for 7+ years of enterprise PLM experience, strong troubleshooting across applications and platforms, and collaboration with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams. Hybrid in Mason, Ohio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience supporting enterprise PLM/3DX/ENOVIA environments.
Strong incident & service request management and SLA reporting.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications and SLA compliance.
Manage lifecycle of PLM incidents and service requests from intake to closure.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and communicate status.
Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and RCA reports.
Drive continuous improvement in support processes and governance.
