Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Business Analyst specialized in the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform to drive PLM initiatives, platform implementations, and process improvements across the organization. The role liaises between business stakeholders, engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful deployment and optimization of ENOVIA, CATIA/SolidWorks, and DELMIA integrations.

We expect strong requirements analysis, PLM process knowledge, BOM management, and agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation and business-process analysis.
• Experience supporting PLM platform implementations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and provide train-the-trainer support for 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
• Define and optimize PLM workflows, EBOM/MBOM processes, and data models.
• Conduct gap analyses and assess platform upgrade impact.
• Collaborate to design, configure, deploy, and drive adoption of PLM solutions.
• Support continuous improvement, governance, and data quality.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT planning, defect management, and approvals.
• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprints.
