Job summary

Global Connect Technologies invites an experienced 3D Developer to join our automotive product development team in Dearborn, MI. You will work with 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter to manage product data, BOMs, and configurations across development through release.

The role requires hands-on CAD/PLM expertise, a strong understanding of engineering change processes, and collaboration with cross-functional design and manufacturing teams in an OEM/Tier-1 environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with 3D CAD in automotive product development.
• Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter.
• Knowledge of PLM, BOM and configuration management.
• Understanding of engineering release processes in auto engineering.
• OEM or Tier-1 automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D automotive product data using 3DEXPERIENCE and related tools.
• Support vehicle product development and digital engineering activities.
• Manage product structures, BOMs, revisions, and configurations.
• Support engineering change and product release processes.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced 3D Developer with strong automotive product development experience and hands-on expertise with 3DEXPERIENCE and Teamcenter. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment and a strong understanding of 3D product development, PLM, engineering release processes, BOM management, and configuration management.
