Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Sr. Product Analyst, PLM – Shockwave Medica to join our team in Santa Clara, CA.

The role focuses on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) with Windchill, translating business needs into user stories and detailed requirements for cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with Quality, R&D, and global developers to define scope, priorities, and the roadmap, while ensuring compliance with GxP and SDLC/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience as Product Analyst delivering technical solutions for business problems.
• At least 7 years of PLM domain experience, including 2 years supporting PLM in the medical device industry.
• Experience in GxP systems and Computer System Validation in a regulated environment.
• Experience mapping business processes and documenting requirements; strong SDLC/Agile knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Translate user challenges into detailed user stories, requirements, and defect reports; create process flows and mockups.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and compliance before backlog entry; facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Set priorities and define scope; communicate roadmap to globally distributed developers and stakeholders.
• Analyze root causes; collaborate to develop holistic solutions.
• Maintain understanding of business processes with Product Management to align delivery with value.
• Manage dependencies across teams and engage stakeholders and Product Manager.
• Act as primary spokesperson to business users and leadership regarding production status and issues.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and tools.
• Model Credo-based culture and value diverse perspectives.
