Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Fremont, CA is seeking an experienced Documentation and Change Order specialist to drive ECO/ECN processes in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will generate change orders, maintain BOM integrity, coordinate with engineers, and track milestones while ensuring compliance with ISO and change control policies. This contract role requires strong CAD/PLM skills and excellent communication, offering exposure to NX, Teamcenter, and SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Experience with CAD drafting and NX CAD is essential.
• Strong knowledge of change management and PLM processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage Change Orders through closure.
• Perform documentation research for ECO/ECN in BOMs.
• Coordinate with engineers and designers for design updates.
• Capture decisions and minutes from design reviews.
• Maintain trackers and produce KPI reports.
• Support ISO/document control activities.
