Job summary

TD SYNNEX and Hyve Solutions seek an experienced PLM Professional to manage parts, BOMs, AMLs, and change processes in PLM. The role supports NPI and sustaining products, coordinating ECRs/ECOs, and ensuring timely reviews with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in PLM-related roles, strong documentation practices, and familiarity with Agile or Fusion PLM. This on-site position is based in Fremont, CA, with opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, product support, configuration management, PLM, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on complex product configurations collaboratively.
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Able to clearly communicate complex problems and possess strong written communication skills.
• Experience in a diverse, dynamic work environment.
• Experience in the server or storage markets is preferred.
• Experience with teams in multiple locations and time zones is preferred.
• Knowledge of PLM systems including Agile or Fusion is preferred.
• Process-oriented problem solver.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or hardware development cycles.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage PLM parts, BOMs, and AMLs through change management in PLM.
• Maintain part data, including lifecycle phases, for NPI and sustaining products.
• Plan, draft, and submit ECRs and ECOs in PLM.
• Monitor progress of ECRs and COs to ensure timely reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product readiness in PLM for milestones.
• Maintain data integrity and promote documentation best practices and procedures.
