Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) PLM Operations Lead to oversee enterprise PLM platform operations. You will ensure stability, availability, and performance of 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications, manage incidents, and drive continuous service improvements across a global engineering team.

The role requires strong incident management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience supporting enterprise PLM, 3DEXPERIENCE, or ENOVIA environments.
Strong incident management and service request handling.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and executive-ready updates.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications, ensuring platform stability and SLA compliance.
Manage full lifecycle of PLM incidents and service requests from intake through resolution.
Troubleshoot application, platform, integration, and performance issues with cross-functional teams.
Serve as primary contact for end users and respond to support tickets.
Deliver timely communications on issue status and resolution progress.
Develop and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, runbooks, RCA reports).
