Job summary

TechDigital Group in Dearborn, MI, is seeking an experienced 3DX PLM Support Engineer (L2/L3) to provide Tier 2/3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications, ENOVIA, and related integrations.

You will analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure production stability and SLA adherence. 8–10 years IT experience and CAD/PLM domain knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or IT.
• 8–10 years IT experience with at least 5+ years supporting 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA applications.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE PLM applications and integrations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, user issues, and defects.
• Monitor application health, performance, and data integrity across environments.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, development, and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Support Engineering BOM, MBOM, Change Management, and configuration processes.
