Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior PLM Solutions Engineer to lead assessment, design, and implementation of PLM solutions (ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE). You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable PLM capabilities across BOM, change, document, and data governance.

The role blends business analysis with solution architecture, demanding strong communication and the ability to translate needs into technical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in PLM, business analysis, solution architecture, or related enterprise systems roles.
• Experience with ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE; Windchill/Teamcenter preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, PLM data models, system integrations, and enterprise workflow concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PLM processes, systems, and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders and translate needs into functional/technical designs.
• Design scalable PLM solutions for BOM management, change management, document management, workflow, configuration management, and data governance.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and drive process standardization and alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and IT for implementation, testing, integration, and deployment.
